This is because last week\u2019s crash left investors more fearful and risk appetite was suppressed.<\/p>\n<p>While not much has happened in terms of price action, investors should expect more volatility and a <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/ethereums-pullback-at-this-level-offers-an-entry-position-for-long-trades\/\">bullish bounce<\/a> ahead as ETH accumulation increases.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Read <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/predictions\/ethereum-price-prediction\">Ethereum&#8217;s (ETH) price prediction<\/a> 2023-2024<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>According to Glassnode researchers, the number of ETH addresses holding more than 0.1 ETH was at a three-month high. This meant that there was significant retail accumulation taking place after the recent dip. Retail buyers have less of an impact on the price than whales. Fortunately, the analysis also revealed that whales were also buying.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\ud83d\udcc8 <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Ethereum?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Ethereum<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%24ETH&amp;src=ctag&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">$ETH<\/a> Number of Addresses Holding 100+ Coins just reached a 20-month high of 46,579<\/p>\n<p>Previous 20-month high of 46,563 was observed on 15 September 2022<\/p>\n<p>View metric:<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/FbjiMG3uFX\">https:\/\/t.co\/FbjiMG3uFX<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/aKvYDvHqi5\">pic.twitter.com\/aKvYDvHqi5<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; glassnode alerts (@glassnodealerts) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/glassnodealerts\/status\/1592068704782663690?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 14, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>This meant that whales with over $100,000 worth of ETH have been scooping up the cryptocurrency at discounted prices. But can this demand continue or is this another case of accumulation at support levels? A look at exchange flows revealed that receiving addresses have increased in the last two days. This confirmed a drop in sell pressure, which may pave the way for bullish pressure. Also worth noting was that open interest dropped back down slightly in the last four days. This indicated that the <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/eth-could-head-in-this-direction-unless-the-bulls-decide-to-walk-this-road\/\">derivatives<\/a> market was yet to recover.<\/p>\n<p>ETH\u2019s supply distribution confirmed that sell pressure witnessed a drop. The largest whales holding over 1 million ETH reduced their balances in the last five days. Mostly from addresses holding between 100,000 and 1 million ETH. Note that addresses holding between 10,000 and 100,000 control the lion\u2019s share of ETH in circulation. This whale category has been buying especially in the last 2 days.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>ETH price action<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The above observations confirm that a drop in ETH sell pressure and an increase in buying pressure. However, any incoming buy pressure was limited by the remaining sell pressure. Nevertheless, this does not necessarily mean that <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/could-ethereum-eth-see-more-downside-as-withdrawals-heighten\/\">the bottom<\/a> was in.
