The examiner will be selected by the United States Trustee&#8217;s Office, a Department of Justice institution in charge of bankruptcies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>On a related note, Celsius also put out a <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CelsiusNetwork\/status\/1570235267247906818?s=20&amp;t=qfQ5ddwaWfTk87Tgi542AA\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tweet<\/span><\/a> on 15<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> September. The tweet stated that Celsius would continue to engage with the Unsecured Creditors Committee and U.S. Trustee. The company also committed to making meaningful progress in their efforts to maximize value for all their customers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Celsius further expects to begin the process soon.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Token insight(s) and more<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Following the aforementioned situation, CEL surged by 30% in the last 24 hours. Furthermore, its social media presence shot up as well. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over the past 90 days, Celsius\u2019 social media engagements, which at press time <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/lunarcrush.com\/coins\/cel\/celsius?interval=3m&amp;metric=social_volume%2Csocial_score\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">stood at 1.2 billion<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, grew by 31.46%<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Although the price witnessed a massive uptick and Celsius became a big part of the conversation socially, causes of concern still loom over CEL.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Celsius\u2019 circulating market cap went down by 32.64% in the past month. Furthermore, its market cap dominance also depreciated by 39.02%.
