Supply on exchanges is increasing this past week, active deposits &amp; withdrawals are both up significantly, and development activity appears to correlate with price. Read our latest insight! \ud83d\ude0e <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/KncfPZoRr7\">https:\/\/t.co\/KncfPZoRr7<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/wRQ3dQkuEV\">pic.twitter.com\/wRQ3dQkuEV<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Santiment (@santimentfeed) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/santimentfeed\/status\/1509603507183095820?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 31, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Santiment pointed out LOOKS&#8217; more than 175% rally since mid-March and <a href=\"https:\/\/insights.santiment.net\/read\/looks---are-we-starting-a-new-wave%3F-6916?utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_medium=post&amp;utm_campaign=twitter_looks_starting_new_wave_sanfam_b_033122\/&amp;fpr=twitter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">noted<\/a>,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;We are also seeing huge volume coming in this week, which saw price pushing higher (looking healthy so far).\u00a0What we don&#8217;t want to see is a a divergence of price and volume (higher price with low volume).&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Indeed, trade volumes have been spiking since 26 March, just as LOOKS rallied. However, the exchange supply has been largely moving sideways and is not too far from where it was in early February. This appears to suggest that while LOOKS is seeing interesting trends, these are not triggering significant changes in investor activity. However, at press time, it was under the 70.00 line. Daily volumes have been steadily falling since February 2022 and by the end of March, OpenSea and LooksRare were seeing <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/opensea-vs-looksrare-a-disappointing-report-card-for-march-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">similar daily volumes<\/a>. However, dirty laundry aside, Coinbase&#8217;s analysis of the asset in February <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/coinbase-report-looks-beyond-wash-trading-to-reveal-the-truth-about-openseas-competitor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">revealed<\/a>,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;\u2026the remaining legitimate NFT volume is still more than what NFT marketplaces Rarible, SuperRare, Foundation, Makersplace, and Aysnc did in <a class=\"au kc\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/allnick\/status\/1487980960067076096?s=20&amp;t=OGnuuYRkWN5yq6xIWHMo5A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener ugc nofollow external noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">all of 2021 combined<\/a>.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>For that reason alone, investors would be well-advised to keep an eye on LOOKS to see if it will continue to rise &#8211; or fall hard.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LooksRare catapulted to fame as the rival NFT marketplace treading on OpenSea&#8217;s toes.
