So overall, the on-chain narratives remain positive but a $3000 slide could be lucrative for the long-term picture as well.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What do the Survey and Inflows say?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>So according to a recent <a href=\"https:\/\/coinshares.com\/research\/digital-asset-survey\">survey<\/a>, Digital Asset Bi-Monthly Fund Manager by Coinshares Research, close to 42% of investors regarded Ethereum to possess the most compelling growth curve.<\/p>\n<p>The survey represented close to $440 billion assets under management and one of the common reasons behind Ethereums&#8217; expected growth, was network diversification.<\/p>\n<p>Now, on the flip side, Coinshares recent weekly <a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/coinshares\/digitalassetfundflows\/home\">fund inflows<\/a> pictured a different scenario.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_191049\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-191049\" style=\"width: 898px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ethh.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-191049 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ethh.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"898\" height=\"734\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ethh.jpg 898w, https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ethh-300x245.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ethh-768x628.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 898px) 100vw, 898px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-191049\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Source: Coinshares<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Data showed that Ethereum registered minor outflows of $13.5 million, which indicated possible institutions cashing out at the moment. While Bitcoin registered strong inflows of $225 million.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Is there a silver lining to this?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Yes, this is where the institutions can actually drive the value down to $3,000, just to push it back up. The plot of accredited investors needs to be understood from a long-term perspective. This could fundamentally be the prime recovery position for Ethereum, as institutions may look to fill their bags in this price range.
