As per Cardano\u2019s<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=xSXSZ5xLpYI\"> mid-month update<\/a> event, IOHK will announce the date for the Alonzo hard fork (on the mainnet). He <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=xSXSZ5xLpYI\">stated<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;We had a lot of discussions with partners and other people, and it looks like we are on track for Friday to announce the date&#8230;\u00a0I think it is a very achievable date.
