According to David Grider at Fundstrat, BTC\u2019s recent lows mean a temporary and healthy correction before prices resume to main market trends.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soon after BTC surged to <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/bitcoin-price-breaks-past-40000-sets-new-ath\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">$40,000,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> experts in the field had predicted an incoming wave of correction as well. On Monday, 11 January, Bitcoin was down by roughly 20% by the end of the day.\u00a0 This could have been due to several negative news, in the weeks following the ATH.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recently, UK FCA <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/uk-fca-warns-investors-against-crypto-related-investment-risks-and-scams\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">warned<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> investors against crypto-related investment risks and scams. Prior to this, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bybt.com\/LiquidationData\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">data<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> revealed a surge in the digital asset\u2019s <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">liquidation<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> almost in less than 24 hours. Another primary trigger of the price crash can also be attributed to HSBC\u2019s refusal to service crypto-focused entities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, the digital asset is now trading hands at levels close to $35,000 and has been up by 2.7% in the last 24hours.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Even <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fundstrat\u2019s lead digital strategist<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2021-01-12\/bitcoin-snaps-slide-while-leaving-everyone-in-dark-on-true-worth?utm_campaign=socialflow-organic&amp;utm_content=markets&amp;cmpid%3D=socialflow-twitter-markets&amp;utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_medium=social\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> thinks<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> such a \u201cpullback is healthy&#8221; and that the rally will continue onward. Several <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bullish traders continue to believe in Bitcoin\u2019s potential to surge toward higher figures. Especially amid the US dollar\u2019s weakness and growing institutional demand.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recently, analysts at <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/bitcoins-dormancy-flow-at-vital-threshold\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Glassnode <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">stated that Bitcoin has reached a crucially bullish threshold. Some execs have been optimistic with regard to the asset\u2019s prices. Morgan Creek Digital\u2019s Anthony Pompliano predicted that Bitcoin will breach the $1M price level.
